These dolls are made by Chimmuwa with fabric that comes from Karen Villages in Thailand. To dye the cotton, plants and other organic materials have been used.
The tailors at Chimmuwa are Karen women from Burma.
The design of the fabric is typical Karen and small details brings these dolls alive.
Without hard parts these dolls are the perfect friends of children. They also look nice on a shelf in the living room.
